Engagement Manager
You are a project leader for a consulting company or software vendor and have deep experience with designing and implementing business performance management solutions. You understand the role of business performance management and the drivers behind such initiatives, have a broad perspective of the software market and are used to solving problems from a people, process and technology perspective. Your communication and leadership skills are exceptional and you have proven experience of project managing end-to-end technology projects.
Your role with Paragon will be made up of both pre and post engagement activity. The pre engagement role will include performing applicable research, structuring message, proposal and presentations for prospective clients. The post engagement role will involve leading assigned projects including managing client workshops and the solution design process, assigning team roles, responsibilities and objectives, performing project quality assurance and project management. In essence you will own the client delivery of meeting project deliverables, to date and to budget in a manner that achieves high client satisfaction.
