Paragon Consulting Group and Strategicapps Consulting Announce Merger - Two leading Business Performance Management (BPM) consulting firms join forces to expand global network and deliver compelling value to customers across Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Singapore, 30 June 2008 – Strategicapps Consulting Pte Ltd and Paragon Consulting Group Limited announced today an agreement to merge their businesses to further expand and strengthen Business Performance Management (BPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) service offerings in the Asia Pacific region. Under the deal, Paragon Consulting Group Limited, a UK based, privately held company with offices in the Middle East, will take a 51% stake in Strategicapps Consulting Pte Ltd, a Singapore based privately held company. The new company will operate under the name Paragon Consulting Asia Pacific Pte Ltd.
